Shooting at the Center of Hope

Listen Later

On July 18, 2015, police in Riverton, Wyoming respond to a shooting. A man has just walked into an alcohol detox facility called the Center of Hope and shot two patients asleep in their bed. Both patients are members of the Northern Arapaho native tribe—one dies, and the other hangs onto his life despite a critical headshot wound. Saadia and Asad discuss the case.
