This week has been so long and it's only Tuesday. Between an MRI, trigger finger surgery, dermatalogical trauma and a horrible stomach bug that took Ellie down hard, this kid is spent. So this episode will be short.

All is not lost though. I was able to share a new song that is still tumbling around in my brain that I recorded right here on the spot during the podcast. It's called 'Can I Get a Minute.' I think. Let me know what you think.
