Short Bursts of Exercise Boots Cognitive Function

Recent studies at the University of Santa Barbara show that bursts of exercise, such as the HIIT method, actually boosts cognitive function. Their study shows that short, vigorous activities improve memory, attention, and executive function, particularly when tested after exercise.
