Back with a bang. David conducts a solo interview while Danny races an indoor 5,000m. We welcomed David Marley Perry onto the podcast. David is an entrepreneur who ran at the University of Portland who's always had a creative side. He took the non-traditional route after college and decided to move to New York and take the free lance path to the max. Now a founder and owner of 2 businesses, David teaches us a bit about how having multiple interests and weighing your schedule out well can lead to happiness and success.

On this week's episode of The Underground Running Project, the guys are back from a long break. They explain why they were away from the podcast game for a while and break down a couple topics on running. Danny and David discuss how to handle work load to avoid burn out, dealing with incoming stud freshmen, weight room timing, and having kids buy into your program.

Joined by their friends on a late night we open up the floor to discussion and enjoy a fun conversation catching up with what the guys have been doing over the past 2 months. Jeff talks to us about what attracted him to the special team they were building in Boulder as well as why the team is so open about everything with the running community.
