This is a short Heart Math meditation that is excellent to use in times of stress. It quickly reduces stress and allows your heart to become more coherent.

I usually use this meditation exercise with a group as we start a meeting. Doing this connects members of the group and brings heart rates into cohesion. Meetings then start in a connected, relaxed, less stressed atmosphere.
