Noah Jorgenson is a standout middle distance and distance runner from Class 1A, Sidney, IA.  Noah finished as the runner-up in the state cross country meet this past fall and is also a sub-2:00 800 meter runner.  Listen to Noah answer some interesting questions about his training as well as his preferred temperature to run in.
