Join us as we have Ashley Komons, Short Term Rental Expert, on from Moxy Vacation Rentals! Moxy LLC started from a passion for hospitality and travel found between friends, Ashley Komons and Melissa Jenkins. Neighbors together in Raleigh, Carolina Beach and the North Carolina mountains, they were destined to start a business to help other people find success in passive income using property rentals.
Melissa first starting home rentals in 2014 when she met her husband, Alex, and rented her personal townhome. Since that time, they have bought and sold multiple homes together and managed their personal vacation homes and homes for other owners.
Ashley and her husband CJ entered the vacation rental market in 2019 and began renting their personal homes while quickly managing a variety of other homes expanding across the North Carolina coast.
