The promised date of the much-hyped Indian National Congress internal elections have come and gone. The initial date promised was then shifted to June 2021 which was once again postponed due to the severity of COVID 19 across the country. Rumours have been rife about another tentative date being announced in September which will once again be postponed till early 2022.
There have been murmurs of this being a deliberate ploy of the Congress Working Committee or the CWC to keep the elections at bay and appease the detractors until Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi agrees to lead the party once again.
Our sources tell us that this will not be an easy task as the game plan includes portraying that Rahul Gandhi is reluctant to take up the post. He will also be denying the offer multiple times until eventually bowing down to the wishes of the party workers and taking up the huge burden on his shoulders. The whole scenario has been carefully crafted and a full-fledged marketing plan is underplaying.
As part of the whole plan to position Rahul Gandhi as the only saviour of the country, a huge campaign is set to be put in motion in September which is the 7th anniversary of the launch of the Make in India program. Our sources tell us that the main focus would be to project Rahul Gandhi as the only successful Make in India product and that too executed by the Congress and not the BJP.
“Name one other instance of a successful completion of a project under the Make in India program launched by Narendra Modi?” our source questioned. “The first and only time an international supplier produced in India for the good of India was when Italian Soniaji married Rajivji and gave India our only hope and saviour – Rahul baba. It is just that we did not give it fancy names.”
