Our metabolisms as short girls are naturally slower, so we need to take a slightly different approach to long-term fat loss, which is why I created my 1 to 1 coaching offering specifically for petite women, and my Shorty Gains podcast!
This approach mainly involves increasing the speed of your metabolism through strength training and optimal nutrition so that you can increase the number of calories you burn at rest and therefore eat more while still losing weight!
