Homework: This week, you will be presented with opportunities to feed your heart for service or your heart for competition and personal benefit. When those moments arise, simply try to notice them. Don't caste judgment. Just be aware of your inclination in each moment. Gradually, use that awareness to prepare yourself for loving service.
