Shots Fired Ep. 22 Amazon Driver Handi Cap'd at Target

Man, 65, charged after Amazon driver shot during argument over Target store parking spot.  According to authorities, the altercation began when two Amazon delivery drivers pulled up to make deliveries at Target and one of the drivers parked in a handicapped spot.
