We're recapping the five SEC Spring Games from this past weekend, and we start with the Texas Longhorns as Arch Manning shined for Texas, throwing for 355 yards and 3 TDs, while Quinn Ewers threw a pick-6 in limited action. Sark is firm on Ewers being QB1, but shouldn't he at least deem an 'open competition'? Is Texas making a mistake not letting Arch battle for the starting job? We also recap Oklahoma's Spring Game as Jackson Arnold is the guy at QB and has a nice deep threat weapon in WR Deion Burks transferring in from Purdue. But can Brent Venables' defense improve this season?

Also, we recap Texas A&M's Spring Game as Mike Elko has a stud defensive weapon in former Purdue edge Nic Scourton. Keep an eye on Aggies #11 as he is ready to sack QBs in the SEC. Meanwhile WR Noah Thomas emerges as a go-to target for Conner Weigman. At South Carolina, fans got to see new starting QB LaNorris Sellers battle it out with Robby Ashford. And true freshman Dylan Stewart is another defensive piece ready to rack up sacks. At Mississippi State, expectations are low for Jeff Lebby in Year 1 in Starkville, but he's got weapons in QB Blake Shapen and WRs Mario Craver, Kevin Coleman & Kelly Akharaiyi.

In other SEC news, Ole Miss adds a starting caliber RB to the mix in Jacory Croskey-Merritt from New Mexico, as he ran for 1,190 yards and 17 TDs last season for the Lobos. Meanwhile, Auburn loses WR Jay Fair to the portal and LSU gymnastics with the National Championship.
