Leaders of the Coalition of the Willing have met in Paris to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire with Russia. A declaration of intent has been signed that paves the way for a legal framework under which British, French and partner forces could operate on Ukrainian soil and so Petrie wants to know, do you agree with this decision?
