The Supreme Court agreed this week to hear two cases involving the issue of affirmative action. The issue is back before the court of whether colleges, public and private, ought to be able to consider race when they are making decisions on who to admit to their universities. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson wanted to get input from her guests on A Woman's View. Her guests this week include Pamela Atkinson, community advocate and senior advisor to Governor Spencer Cox, Lisa Walker, certified athletic trainer and teacher at Springville High School, and Afton January, communications manager at Salt Lake County Aging and Adult Services.
