Activism is traditionally to be the realm of the left, with climate activists, BLM activists, and pro-choice activists getting most of the attention and most of the press — and, likely, most of the success. Somehow the left gained the reputation of “progress” and “being on the right side of history,” which left the rest of us painted with the brush of reactionaries.
Part of this is personality-based where conservatives tend to want as little to do with government as possible. But when we cede the public square to the left, we can’t be surprised when our voice isn’t heard. In this episode, Lain talks about why it’s critical for conservatives to be activists, and how everyone can get involved to support the causes we hold dear.
