The scope of the problem in Utah: crash data -- 3,000 drug and alcohol-related crashes. But our state laws and punishments have been notoriously weak...more states adopting this law.  According to Newsnation, Drunken drivers who kill the parents of a child will now be required to pay child support in Texas. Newsnation reports that several states have adopted this law and more are considering it. Would that be possible to implement in Utah? Dave and Debbie speak with KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas.
