The new year has begun.
Knee deep in all that it brings.
Loss.
New beginnings.
Love.
Remembering.
....then there is all the 'shoulding' .
It's winter.
For some of us that is waking up to -19. It is naturally a time to slow down, hibernate a bit and breathe a little deeper.
I miss the warmth of the Sun.
For me, instead of ramping up intolerable things I 'should' be wanting, doing and seeking, I've learned to stand still.
We are all doing the best we can with where we are and what we have learned so far.
