Should holding a cellphone while driving be a primary offense?

Listen Later

Should holding a cellphone while driving be a primary offense? Even if there is evidence that shows that is no more dangerous than talking handsfree? Does anyone doubt that holding a phone can and does lead to crashes and cost lives? What do you think?
KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests how they see it this week on A Woman's View.  Amanda's guests this week include Erika George, the Samuel D. Thurman Professor of Law at the University of Utah and Director of the Tanner Humanities Center, Molly Miller, Founder of Miller Media and Communications and Elizabeth Sollis, Media and Community Engagement Director of the Davis County Sheriff's Office.
