Hunting is a way of life in Canada's North. It's a traditional practice for Indigenous people, and many non-Indigenous people hunt to feed their families. There's also a sport hunting industry, where people from Outside pay local guides to help them find animals. A recent post featuring a hunter and a dead grizzly bear touched off a storm of criticism on social media, and prompted us to talk to northerners about the practice. This is a joint call-in show, hosting by Dave White in Whitehorse and Lawrence Nyally in Yellowknife, asking people in they think hunters should post photos of their hunts on social media.
