Amanda Phinny has worked with youth in foster care professionally for the last 20 years. For the past six years, she has been a foster parent herself, fostering over 20 children. Amanda share her perspective on what to consider before fostering, remaining compassionate towards bio-parents, and the joys of providing a young person a home.
