Hi again,

Another recording made on my iPhone using voice memos, so I hope the audio isn't too annoying BUT here are my thoughts. Now as I am publishing this I have planned to create my "goodbye social media" posts and post everything on Monday, February 1st, so the next podcast will be that process.
