289. Should I Ever Work For Free?

Is it okay to offer your services for free when you first get into the lash industry?

Over the years, I've seen lash artists post online that you need to value your time and never do free services. While I love the confidence, I disagree with the advice. Sometimes when someone starts a new business, and you have no evidence that you can deliver, you need to find a way to get clients to try out your business. Offering a free trial in our opinion, is a great way to go about building a business.

In today's episode, we share why we feel working for free and setting up a strong referral program is the quickest way for you to build your new lash business (or almost any business).

BTW...if you are an experienced lash artist and you are slow...this advice is fo you too.
