Dr Ruchika Gurung is working at the University of Cambridge Museums, leading on community engagement for their project exploring the legacies of empire and enslavement. She has worked as an educator and researcher, strongly championing participatory and creative models of learning. Having completed her doctoral degree in Film Studies at the University of East Anglia, she has taught Media and Cultural Studies at universities and worked on numerous outreach and community-based projects in India and England.
