The Atlanta Falcons made their first interview for their coaching vacancy in Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator Mike MacDonald this past Friday. Host Aaron Freeman explains why MacDonald's stock is soaring after transforming the Ravens defense the past two years to the best unit in the league and draws comparisons to Sean McVay and Bill Belichick.

Later, he explains the Falcons' potential timeline for their coaching search and why they may not officially hire anyone until the end of January or the beginning of February.
