Dez and Max discuss the great wealth divide in our country.  We live in a world today where we have individuals with vast amounts of wealth that they have earned in their own rights, but unfortunately we also have people living on welfare. Is it realistic to set a cap on one's worth in a capitalistic society and even if so what is the best way to implement that?
