The Utah legislature has extra money. That's always a good problem to have. They are trying to decide how to give some of it back. Should they give an income tax rebate, one tenth of one percent? Should they give a food tax rebate? Or should they just take the tax off food? KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson wanted to ask her guests on A Woman's View what they would do.
