Over the past week there have been two mass shootings in both California and Florida leaving a total of 11 people dead and dozens more injured. These massive media events provide a way for politicians to propose various forms of legislation to tackle this multifaceted issue. 

Unfortunately, President Biden is continuing Trump's protectionist policies by increasing tariffs on Canadian softwood which will lead to an increase in prices on all consumers.
