If you're like me, you probably have spent thousands of dollars to archive and store photos. In my case, it's tens of thousands of dollars. Which begs the question: Should we charge our customers an archiving fee for storing their photos? If they don’t want to pay it, they sign off on it, and we are no longer obligated to store their photos, come what may. It's a provocative thought.
