In an interview we had with Lee Hwok-Aun, Senior Fellow at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, he suggested Malaysians split fuel subsidies evenly with the government. This was in response to the World Bank warning that our current subsidy model could become unsustainable amid the ongoing Middle East crisis.
