This week a social media detox/cleanse for 7 days was in order! With more apps & notifications than ever before, we’re all mindlessly scrolling through feeds, feeling more stressed and less productive as a result. 


So this episode is both a digital detox challenge and a big fu*k you to Zukerberg and the lads.


We discuss the benefits of a social media detox - regaining mental clarity & productivity, among others - some tried and tested tactics and how our experience went with trying this detox challenge for ourselves.
