After 3 years of CrossFit, we’re finally taking the leap and attempting to qualify for an actual Crossfit Competition! Soon to be Fittest on Earth? Absolutely not. But we’re one step closer than we’ve ever been. 


If you’ve ever been interested in CrossFit, we’re taking this week’s episode to explain exactly what’s involved and how it convinced us to believe what we thought was unthinkable - that it’s possible to love going to the gym!


I can hear a distant voice in my head shouting, ‘LAME’ when I read that last sentence, but honestly, we’re still surprised by it.


So if you’re interested in starting, this episode covers everything - the session format, why the sport is for everyone (from kids to grandparents), if there are any dangers involved and how CrossFit can change your body.


For those that are already knee deep in burpees & box jumps but have always been considering competing, we’re also discussing “wod’s” involved to qualify for an official competition as we attempt to qualify for the Malaga Throwdown 2023.
