NEO has taken a hit since it's all time highs above $50, falling over 30% due to a sell-off and the recent rumor of Chinese ICO regulations. Should you look at buying this dip to get into NEO, or should you sell/put your money elsewhere due to the threat of Chinese ICO regulation.

In today's video I talk about my thoughts on NEO, and where I'm specifically looking to take action. Right now, it looks like things are stabilizing a bit for NEO, so I'm watching the price movement closely. I'm currently not invested in NEO, but I'm interested in joining the party again.

I'm watching for NEO to either drop below $30 or jump above $36 before I make a move.
