Well, today there seems to be a coach for everything, too. A quick online search reveals dozens if not hundreds of different types of coaches: life coaches, business coaches, fitness coaches, executive coaches, health coaches, acting coaches, even travel coaches. And yes, book coaches.

So what exactly do coaches do, and more specifically, how can a book coach help YOU?
