Most people are aware that the Fed slashed interest rates as part of an emergency response to COVID-19. When Coronavirus hit the U.S. in early 2020, the Federal Reserve declared it would drop interest rates to zero to help shore up the U.S. economy. 

Given the absurdly low rate at which you can now borrow money, should you guy a house? Or invest in rental real estate?

Meaning, if you can now buy more real estate for less  money, should you do it? 

Or, is it possible that there are other financial risks to consider?
