Whether you are buying your first home or your last, a home inspection is a great way to find out what if any issues there are with the home.  Remember, there is always a way to fix something or resolve an issue.  

If you are selling a home, think about doing a pre-list home inspection.  It may allow you to find some small issues and get them corrected!

Whatever phase you are in the real estate process you should do a home inspection.
