Praying Like the Master - Part 4 - Jesus is commanding us not to be cynical about this world, but to take responsibility for the mess humanity is in, to feel the sorrow that God feels and ask Him to change things for good. Daniel’s prayer is an example of a man who lived in prosperity and peace, but he was heartbroken for the state of his people, and even counted himself responsible for the sins of his fathers.
