We've put out a few episodes on how we like to be vertically integrated here at Invictus Capital, and utilize an in-house property management system for our assets. 

So in the episode, we're not going to try and convince you to go one way or another. Because property management is rarely a black and white thing. There are going to be certain tasks that you will retain, and then certain projects that you're going to want to hire out. 

The difficult part is finding that balance.
