The importance of the Independent Contractor Agreement and making sure that the agent reads and understands the agreement was discussed. Also, there was a demonstration of a company web site called CyberView 360 which provides virtual tours of real estate property listings. CyberView 360 is a local company serving Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer counties.
