The Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs' Trent England talks about his "Save Our States" project: an effort to convince Americans to keep the Electoral College in use when we pick a president every four years.

England explains some of the history of the EC and why it was designed in the first place and he discusses efforts to move the nation away from an electoral system and to a popular vote system.
