Also, there was a demonstration of the Cal Vet web site that contained an overview of the materials on the web site. The last part of the show covered State-Sponsored Home loan programs which address first time buyers programs and people needing down payment assistance. Finally, there was a discussion of the services that the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center provides for low income home buyers and assistance for people that need to repair their credit.
