Carla Spencer, MSN, RN, CCRN is the Director of Emergency Services at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. She has been a Critical Care Registered Nurse for the past 18 years and has been with SVMH for the past 14 years. She started as a Staff Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit and went on to become the Clinical Nurse Manager for Critical Care. In 2014, she assumed the role of Director of Emergency Services.  On the program she speaks at length about the county's COVID-19 response
