#5amMesterScrum Show #456 Live - No Points for New Teams - Don't ever Point Again for the 1st one or two Sprints Ever Again - Today's topics: (1) People are always asking me how do I introduce pointing to a new team or team transitioning, so I came up with this after a coachee asked about no estimates. For the first sprint don't point the stories in the backlog, just have them work the prioritized list during your team's time box and go from there. Here is my proposal in this show.
