#5amMesterScrum Show 640 Live - Two Ideas Getting People Involved in Retrospectives - Today's topic: (1) A Scrum master I'm coach came up with a Great idea (a) to have different people on the team supply an ice breaker for the retro.  This gets everyone involve besides the Scrum Master.  (b) Then at one of my sessions some one suggested theme music during idea generation, so I thought of idea (a) and combined it some now I have 2 different people contributing to the retro environment.
