#5amMesterScrum Show 670 Live - Basement Backlog Cleanup Getting Rid Old Stuff to make Space for New Fun Stuff - Today's topic: (1) My wife and I cleaned out our basement of 20 years of projects. Stuff we said were going to use, but never did.  That same has to be applied to our work backlogs, if you have stuff over a year old, archive it and get it off your backlog.  It drags down the velocity of teams and there is no room for fun stuff.  Make room for new fun stuff for your team to work on.
