We have not done much covering Eastern philosophy or religions on our show.  Krystal Tantric Yogi is a Yoga teacher who has done some mind-boggling Yoga moves that you have to see.  She is kind enough to take some time to educate us on Yoga, Tantra, and whatever else comes to mind.
