On this installment of our conversation series, we welcome on Kathy Taylor. She has over 30 years of women's lacrosse coaching experience. She has won a national championship at the Division II level while at LaMoyne University. She has also served as president of the  International Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).

We cover a variety of topics, including her outlook on youth sports today as it stands, what is different about coaching athletes in the modern day, her coaching journey, and the rules of the women's lacrosse game.

She has seen and experience just about the whole spectrum of the collegiate coaching experience. From starting at the DIII level at SUNY Cortland to the difficult situation she faced at her DI stint at Colgate.
