This week we had a last minute change of plans with a couple of guests, so we followed the old mantra. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.  We decided it was time to make room in the fridge, so we plow through a bunch of beer that's been sitting in there taking up space.  It gets pretty interesting, and there are definitely some not so good options in there!
