In 2024, She was honored to receive ACHI Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, recognizing her work in empowering women to thrive through fitness, wellness, and self-discovery. This recognition reflects her dedication to helping others turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
Through her personal journey of overcoming childhood trauma, abuse, and life’s many curveballs, she's learned firsthand that healing isn’t linear—it’s a process of resilience, grace, and transformation. When she is not writing or podcasting, she's either on the runway as a print and runway model, coaching women over with her fitness program 20-minute Brickhouse, or creating digital resources like her e-book Habitually Fit or the quick healthy eating recipe guide Brickhouse Boosts. She believes in empowering people with real, actionable advice and sprinkling in a bit of humor along the way. She's passionate about lifting others up, sparking authentic conversations, and leaving the audience inspired to take the next step in their wellness journey.
