Look, if you show up to a meeting and they are not there... you won. You're organized and committed. They aren't. You took it seriously and they didn't. No need to feel down and let it get to you. Move on and keep your head up high. (Unless there was an emergency where they couldn't get to you, then that's a different story, but you get the point). Keep showing up.
