Today's Topic- Using a checklist.

Have you gone to a grocery store with a list of things to get? Well, it's no different in investing, You need to follow your list or you might forget something.

On today's show I got over a 7 step ( really 6 lol), list of my criteria that I use to explore possibility of investing in a market or neighborhood.

Most, if not all, of this information you can use, i'm pretty sure you will modify it to your standards.
